December Orders:

Any orders placed up to or on Wednesday 18th December before 12PM will be processed
and despatched to our courier service before or on Friday 20th December. Any orders placed after Wednesday will be processed when we reopen in the New Year.

Please note that if an item is in stock on our website doesn’t guarantee that it is available. While we stride to constantly update our stocklists on our website, sometimes we miss stuff. If such a circumstance arises that you order something and it is out of stock, we will reach out to try come to a resolution. Whether that be in the form of a change of order or a refund.

How It Works

For a limited time, when you buy three items, the cheapest one will be free. The discount is automatically applied at checkout, and no coupon code is required.

Promotion Rules

Discount Application

To qualify, customers must add at least three items to their cart. The cheapest item in the cart will automatically be free. If more than three items are purchased, only one item per group of three will be free. For example, buying six items will result in two free items. The discount is calculated automatically at checkout, and no further action is required.

Exclusions

This offer applies to all items. But cannot be applied in conjunction with other coupons.

Returns & Refunds

If an item from a qualifying order is returned, the refund will be adjusted accordingly. The free item must also be returned; otherwise, the refund will be reduced by the value of the free item. Exchanges for size or color are allowed but are subject to stock availability.

Promotion Duration

This offer is available for a limited time only. Instinct Surf reserves the right to modify or end the promotion at any time without prior notice. Orders placed before or after the promotional period will not be eligible for the discount.
