We deliver anywhere in South Africa.
All orders are dispatched from our Durban North warehouse.

Shipping Costs

We offer free delivery on all online orders over R1000.

For orders under R1000, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Rates are based on your delivery address, parcel size, and courier availability, ensuring the best possible option for your location.

Shipping may be fulfilled by various trusted courier services depending on the destination.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on your delivery address and the time your order was placed.

During peak trading periods such as Black Friday or End of Season Sales, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking

All orders include parcel tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, your waybill number will be emailed so you can track your delivery online.

International Delivery

Please Note: Prices on checkout are not final and if delivery is more then stated, we will reach out with a payment link to pay the difference. We do apologise for this inconvenience, we are in the process of implementing live shipping rates.

All international shipments are powered by DHL Express.

Rates are calculated at checkout and are based on an A3 parcel size up to a total weight of 2kg’s. This would be the equivalent of seven short sleeve T-shirts or products of similar size and weight.

If any orders do not fall within the 2kg parcel limit then any additional charges will be communicated to the Customer via email.

Our international shipping rates exclude any applicable sales taxes (or equivalent), customs duties and clearance charges, fuel surcharges, fines or interest thereon, and other government taxes imposed with respect to the provision of services, which shall be for the Customer’s account.

The Customer will be notified of any additional charges once the goods have arrived in the respective country. Any outstanding payments will be required prior to the goods being delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery lead times are dependent on the destination country but should take between 3-10 working days on average.

Additional Charges

Governmental and Regulatory Increases

Any additional governmental or regulatory practices, procedures, or regulations which result in increased costs to the appointed courier provider e.g. those enforced by IATA, will be passed on proportionately to the Customer upon thirty days written notice.

2. Emergency Situations

Instinct, through its appointed courier partner, reserves the right to apply surcharges to recover costs associated with temporary emergency situations beyond the courier partner’s control which could not be reasonably anticipated at the commencement of this Agreement. All such surcharges will be temporary and will apply in addition to the Rates. The Customer will receive an eight day’s prior written notice of any emergency surcharge, describing the reasons for such surcharge.
